Park Rules

Welcome to Glen Echo Resort! We are family owned and we hope your stay with us is an enjoyable experience.

​

Check in time: 2:00  / Check out time: 10:00              

(Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for a fee.)

​

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Noise should be a reasonable volume at all times.

 

Speed Limit: inside park is 5 mph.

​

If you desire help across the bridge, please contact the front desk.

 

RV sites: accommodate 1 vehicle and 1 RV.  No 50 AMP RV's are allowed in a “30 AMP only” site.

 

Tent sites: 1 tent only, up to 3 persons.  

​

Additional people/pets: There is an additional fee. All vehicles and camping equipment must fit in the designated site.

​

Visitors: must register at the main office before entering the resort.

​

Additional fees apply for overnight camping guests and extra vehicles.

​

Fires: are only permitted in approved fire rings. Campfires must be attended to at all times. Fires must be completely extinguished when not attended. Please do not burn trash in fire pits.  Fires are subject to local fire bans.

 

Pets: Pets are welcome.  However, they must be on a leash & under your supervision at all times. Daily pet fees apply. Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside rental units.  Please keep your pets quiet. Excessive Barking is not allowed. Pets may not jump on other people or animals.  Failure to clean up after you pet may result in a fine.

 

Vehicles: All motorized vehicles on the premises must have a tag and be operated by persons over the age of 16. This includes, but is not limited to four wheelers, golf carts, etc. Off highway vehicles are not permitted for recreational use on the resort property. Please enjoy these off the property.

Cabin Supplies: Please do not remove items or transfer items between cabin units. If you need additional linens or towels, please see the front desk. There will be a $50 fee for leaving dirty dishes in any cabin.

 

Trash/Ash: Please properly dispose of your trash in the provided containers. Do not throw hot ash into trash receptacles.  NO TRASH IS TO BE LEFT OUT OVERNIGHT! If we have to clean it up there will be a $50.00 charge.

Smokers: We are in a fire prone area.  Please do not throw your butts on the ground. Please use some type of container to contain them and throw them out. There is no smoking permitted inside any of the buildings.

There will be a $500 fee for any rental that has been smoked in. 

 

No Drugs: Drugs are not allowed in our facility. We expect our tenants to follow the law.

 

No Refunds: Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you choose to or are asked to leave early.

 

Appropriate conduct: is required by all and children must be supervised at all times. Loud, rowdy or other inappropriate behavior will result in your eviction from the park without a refund. Anyone found tampering, climbing or playing on any of the Glen Echo buildings, equipment, or trees will be subject to $500 fine and asked to vacate the premises.

ABSOLUTELY NO firearms, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are permitted for use on property
