Cancellation Policy

The resort booking policy for reservations booked through Glen Echo Resort (GER) requires:

An initial deposit of one night's rate plus tax in order to secure a reservation.

Compliance with the reservation cancellation policy which allows cancellations up to fourteen days in advance of your check-in date in order to be reimbursed for the initial deposit.

Cancellations made less than fourteen days in advance of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. No exceptions will be made.
